In early April, I was cast for a commercial for St. Agnes Healthcare. The casting was for a father doing push-ups with his son on his back. No problem. I've been doing push-ups 4-5 days a week from my daily CrossFit workouts. I got this.

Well, we did about a dozen takes and each one I did about seven push-ups, four with the actor playing my son on my back. I started to feel it by the eighth take, but didn't let it show. Even though my part is short in this commercial, it was great fun! Enjoy.
