Motivation Monday

Whether you are doing a fitness program, swimming, running, CrossFitting, lifting, and/or making healthier food choices, remember that you are never alone on your journey. There are always going to be obstacles, temptations, and maybe even injury. That's all part of what will make a stronger you in 2015. Continue to rise above each challenge and crush your goals. I'm going to continue to work outside of my comfort zone. It's there that I will fail and learn to get stronger, faster, and more confident in my growing abilities. This isn't just with my fitness, but also my career. Don't wait for things to happen...make them happen!
