This has been an interesting week for me in regards to my CrossFit training. Tomorrow will be my first competition, so I've spent this past week focusing on my strategies for each of the three workouts. Today I'll be doing some light cardio and mobility to stay loose and flexible. Many of my fellow athletes and coaches at CrossFit Riverfront have given me advice, words of encouragement, and inspiration for which I am grateful since I'm still relatively new to all of this. One of my coaches just posted a video she produced which has further inspired me to keep going and why I believe in CrossFit and cheer for anyone who keeps working hard at this sport to always get stronger, faster, and healthier.
